going for a little bit of a classic look with this dame. this girl friday was inspired by a friend’s headshot on facebook which i took and extrapolated upon. tried to find the original photo (to share the comparison) to no avail… so you’ll just have to be content with my doodle.
next week we’ll share a few girls of a patriotic them rendered by some of the TX artists…

Reminds me of back in the day – late 40’s to early 50’s – when these type of illustrations were all hat we sex-starved pre-teens and early teens had to look forward to . You’ve captured the era perfectly . Thanks.
